    Close but not perfect Edited - 3 or the 4 have broken and in the most bizarre fractures I've seen. One, the top inch neatly broke all around. There is something wrong with the way they are manufactured. 1DO NOT BUY! They have a SERIOUS Flaw in them! CONSUMER ALERT!!!!!! CAUTION! I ordered a set of 12 of these in both the tall and short glasses. I had two that were broken in the box when they arrived (both broken in the same place as pictures above show) and have since then had 6 - that's right SIX glasses that have all broken in this way. The top rim splits around the whole glass and FALLS off... This is a SERIOUS design flaw and product flaw.....I personally think I should be reimbursed for ALL of the glasses that I bought because now, I am throwing them away..... the last glass BROKE as I was Drinking! CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION! 1At last I love them and have also ordered the larger size.At last I am drinking water in a glass that is lead free, it feels and sounds like fine crystal. 5They break very easily if not handled carefully. UPDATE: New, thicker glass make them better! These glasses are too thin. They break very easily if not handled carefully. I bought 2 packs (4 glasses in total) and 2 have already broken: one when I was mid-handwash! I'd recommend a thicker glass if you are looking for something more durable.Update: Joy from JoyJolt helped me replace these glasses and shipped new ones. Amazing service from this company. These new glasses are much better, thicker, and more durable. I do recommend these glasses. 5Great Customer Service! I bought the first set of these as a gift for my husband s birthday so that he didn t have to drink his nice scotches out of stemless martini glasses anymore :). I loved the first pair so much that I ordered another to have a set of 4 for when guests come over. The first set I received had a nice thick glass base which I loved. The second set had a significantly thinner base, making it look as though they were different glasses. They were still nice but certainly didn t look like a matching set. I reached out to the seller via email. I explained the situation and asked to exchange the second set. They told me not to bother sending the second pair back and that they would just send me a new set at no cost. The third set was much closer to the first. My husband and I love the glasses and I was very impressed with the compamy s customer service. In the picture I attached, the first set I received looked like the glass on the right and he second set looked like the glass on the left. 5Absolute garbage. This glass is so thin UPDATED:Vendor reads all comments, saw mine, and responded in kind to make it right. They sent me their "new and improved" glasses that are a little thicker, so they shouldn't crack as easily. So far so good. Change rating to reflect this positive experience.Thanks *************Absolute garbage. This glass is so thin. I washed by hand with warm water and as it was drying on a rack, it just started to crack, presumably due to heat from the warm water. This is a dangerous glass because it will crack easily. 4Great flat bottom These are gorgeous! Great flat bottom, solid design. The only reason I don't rate it a 5 is because of the misleading product description. The page said the glasses were 10.6 oz, but in reality they are closer to 8.6 oz. We wanted glasses that are just a touch bigger, but these are still very nice. 4Great Value ! Product arrived well packaged, on time and as expected . 5Five Stars Excellent quality at a great price. 5Attentive customer service Initially left a poor review as one of the glasses had a noticeable defect:"Cheaply manufactured. One glass is noticeably warped - the rim is at about a twelve degree angle to the base. It s kind of funny... but also pretty junky. Does, in fact, hold whiskey, though."After posting the review, the company sent a replacement set (which are not warped) along with a very nice letter. Edited review is for the excellent customer service. Replacement glasses also hold whiskey :) 5
