Works wellGreat value and performance to purify water 5Damaged my Keurig! Not recommended.I'm not sure what the issue was, but after placing this in my Keurig K60, it sounded like a freight train. The water wasn't able to flow through the filter, causing the motor to overhead. I believe this has caused irreversible damage to my machine. I am very disappointed with this product. 1Great valueWorks just as good as Keurig brand filters 5Inferior, damages coffee makerGranules penetrate the filter and lodge internally in the coffee maker. Confirmed on second descaling and new filter. Porosity of filter is defective. This water is after a minute of preliminary soak. 1Calcium water is done.I have never used vinegar to clean my coffee pot this product takes care of that for me. 5Exact fit as Keruig name brandsI found out that I had the wrong size water filter in my Keruig. These filters were the exact size of the Keruig brand. And, much much more less expensive. 4 stars so far as I have only had this one in my Keruig for just a week now. 4SMALLER THAN KEURIGThe description says these are made for use with the Platinum B70 but when these arrived I was surprised how small they were. The one that came with our Keurig measures 5.5cm across the long part of the top, and 3cm across the short part of the top, and 3cm deep. These are 4.5cm x 2cm x 2.5cm (measurements in the same order). Glancing around the internet I don't see anyone using smaller filters in this model. Will look a little further before returning, as I'd like to avoid that if possible. I see there's no reviews yet for this product from this seller, so I wanted others to take note.JULY 31As an update... called Keurig and they don't make different sizes of filters (so these are the wrong ones for ANY Keurig) and they don't recommend using a third-party filter (of course-what company would?) and definitely don't recommend using a smaller one. I tried to do a simple return through Amazon and you actually CAN'T the normal way because apparently they consider charcoal filters as a hazardous material. What a hassle... but a resolution is coming. The seller has been cordial and responsive through email (were surprised I couldn't submit a return through Amazon and said others have been able to on the charcoal filters with no trouble). Amazon customer service was helpful and sent an email on my behalf as well as recording info about the transaction in case I run into any issues. The seller gave me the return address to send the filters back. I did note that their return policy is to not reimburse my shipping back and that they will deduct the original shipping cost out of my refund. Regardless, I've asked for a full refund since it was their own description of the product to blame. I've sent them back and am waiting to see what happens next with it. Meanwhile, I found a 6-pack at BJ's for only $17 and some change. Doh. I will never pay for the name brand again. These came individually wrapped and look & fit identical to the other brands (including Keurig) that I've used. I will repurchase these time and time again. 5Works wellCame in one bag and cheap box, but works good and fits Keurig 5and the price was good, butThese filters do the job, and the price was good, but, they came in a clear bag, with no directions, and no description of what they were for. The missing description normally wouldn't be a problem if these are the only filters being purchased in the transaction or they are the only filters you need. I purchased filters for my coffee maker and my Keurig in one transaction, that said, when both items arrived in a clear package with no other information I had a hard time figuring out what filter was for what machine. 3
